Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

Before you leave, wash and put away the dishes and kitchen utensils you have used.

Accidents

Accidents happen. If you damage something, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.

It is expensive to arrive at the property and discover damage that could lead to your next stay being canceled because there is no time to repair it. In this case, we will request a compensation

A great host and lovely apartment, would recommend! This location is further out of the main central area, but still only a bus ride away; I preferred more of a neighborhood local feel. It was as described: clean, great AC, good location. The host provided a step-by-step guide on how to use everything in the apartment, greatly appreciated. A few local neighborhood faves: 1. Etma Bakery - great service, amazing pastries, breakfast and coffee. I would go here daily. 2. Jardim da Estrela - this park was so beautiful, green, and spacious. 3. Kyo Sushi Pop - quick pick-up sushi spot 4. O Tico e O Teco - great cocktail/wine spot

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, wirkte modern und ist einladend. Leider wurde aber nicht erwähnt, dass sich die Wohnung genau in einer Einflugschneise befindet, so dass man alle 5 Minuten ein landen des Flugzeug laut gehört hat. Außerdem bindet sich gleich eine Hauptstraße, die sehr viel Lärm verursacht.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Επίσης ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή με ποικιλία καταστημάτων σε κοντινή απόσταση και ευκολία μεταφοράς προς το κέντρο. Πολύ θετική εντύπωση μας έκανε ή οργάνωση της οικοδεσπότη, Adelaide. Λάβαμε αναλυτική λίστα με οδηγίες & προτάσεις που αφορούσε ότι μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε σαν επισκέπτες σε μία ξένη χώρα. We had a wonderful three-week stay in this apartment in Lisbon. The neighborhood is truly charming and full of character, with plenty of small, interesting places and great local restaurants to explore. The apartment itself is newly renovated, bright, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the French balcony, which brought in lots of natural light and added to the overall atmosphere. Just nearby, there’s a lovely small park where we spent several evenings relaxing and enjoying the local life — a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the city. The host was also incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than usual, as my wife needed to rest after surgery. We truly appreciated this gesture — thank you very much. All in all, this is a place we can warmly recommend, and we will very likely return in the future.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement et avons adoré le quartier. Le mobilier est propre et confortable, les photos représentent bien le lieu. Facile de visiter Lisbonne, de nombreux transports a proximité. L’immeuble se trouve au carrefour de plusieurs routes très passantes, et la fenêtre du salon donne sur la route donc c’est un environnement plutôt bruyant. Bon à savoir pour ceux à la recherche de calme!
