Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

Before you leave, wash and put away the dishes and kitchen utensils you have used.

Accidents

Accidents happen. If you damage something, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.

It is expensive to arrive at the property and discover damage that could lead to your next stay being canceled because there is no time to repair it. In this case, we will request a compensation

Très bon logement avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les instructions fournies pour l'arrivée sont très claires et permettent d'accéder au logement en toute autonomie sans difficulté. L'appartement était très propre, bien rangé et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Le seul point négatif concerne l'isolation phonique et l'environnement immédiat. Le logement est situé à proximité d'une route passante, ce qui peut occasionnellement entraîner des nuisances sonores (sirènes de police, pompiers, etc.). De plus, l'immeuble semble se trouver sous un couloir aérien de l'aéroport : nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par le bruit des avions survolant le secteur, parfois tôt le matin ou tard le soir. Avec des bouchons d'oreilles, cela reste tout à fait gérable, mais les personnes sensibles au bruit doivent en être conscientes avant de réserver. Malgré ce point, nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons ce logement pour son confort,

So on the place: it was perfect place for a decent-length stay. It’s a beautiful apartment with virtually any amenities one would want. I don’t cook but you could. But it is pristine - well stocked and well cared for - and its location is fantastic. I have friends in the neighborhood - and it is a fabulous one - that I was a block away from. But it is a great area with families, excellent restaurants, and easy access to more touristy parts of Lisbon. So the location could not have been better. It was also quiet in terms of sleeping, which is always a good thing. Adelaide was great! Her instructions for accessing the apartment were perfect. Literally “fool proof.” And after a flight we can all be a bit “off,” but it was easy to get in. She texted the next morning to see how everything went and was immediately responsive to questions (I wanted to double check the laundry instructions - which were clear but I was nervous about the detergent). She’s awesome, even though we didn’t meet!

Suite à un soucis avec le logement initialement choisi pour notre séjour à Lisbonne, nous avons contacté Adelaide dans l’urgence pour réserver son logement. Elle a été hyper réactive, très arrangeante avec les horaires d’arrivée et disponible à tout moment en cas de problème. Le logement est tout simplement parfait, à pied on peut rejoindre le métro, prendre le bus, et on est juste à côté d’un très grand centre commercial. Encore un grand merci pour tout Adelaide ☺️

한달동안 머물 숙소를 찾는거라서 위치나 숙소 컨디션이 매우 중요했습니다. 사진과 모든것이 동일하고 장기숙박에 완벽한 숙소 였습니다. 숙소 위치도 중심가나 어디든 이동이 아주쉽고 관광지 동네가 아니라서 조용해서 참 좋았습니다. 그리고 근처에 마트도 많고 쇼핑몰도 있어서 사는 동안 불편함이 전혀 없었어요. 근처에 좋은 카페들도 많고 레스토랑도 정말 많아서 정말 이 동네에 이 숙소 추천합니다. 치안도 아주 좋아요! 저는 리스본에 가면 무조건 다시 이숙소를 이용할거에요.

Really great stay. Host communication was great, lots of information befofe arrival. The apt was perfect for a 2 week stay. lots of food options walking distance. I always loved this area of Lisbon as you feel away from the tourist crowds yet you can easily get there with a 15-20 minute walk or quick transport. I do a lot of virtual work so I spent a lot of time in the apartment, most likely more than others. Internet was great for all my virtual meetings. Only issue has nothing to do with the apt or hosts... there seems to be some kind of emergency service nearby and a few times per day you will hear a loud bell ringing, I assume this is for the vehicles to leave. If the windows are closed, you will barely hear it. I loved having the windows open during the day so it was more obvious to me. This does not take away from the apt and location at all. I only mention it if someoe is plannng to be in the apt more often. I would happily stay again.
