The Campo de Ourique neighbourhood offers a variety of shops, boutiques, bakeries and the popular Campo de Ourique gourmet market, and has a lively atmosphere with numerous cafés, restaurants and bars.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

Before you leave, wash and put away the dishes and kitchen utensils you have used.

Accidents

Accidents happen. If you damage something, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.

It is expensive to arrive at the property and discover damage that could lead to your next stay being canceled because there is no time to repair it. In this case, we will request a compensation

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaide's place. The surrounding neighborhood - Campo De Orique - is so peaceful and calm (especially the park), we felt right at home. There are so many cute restaurants, cafes and grocery options within walking distance. In terms of getting around, the famous 28 tram is just a short walk away, multiple bus stops, Rato metro station a further walk (but well connected), and, of course, Ubers/Bolts are fairly affordable. The building is newly renovated, while keeping the gorgeous tile designs outside. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom is very, very spacious with two desks at the end, which was perfect for my partner and I.

Our stay at this Lisbon apartment was wonderful: it’s very big, bright, and well organized, with a huge bedroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen where we found everything we needed. The building is newly renovated, has an elevator, and sits in a great area with easy access to buses, the bondinho, and a shopping mall with a supermarket and several nearby restaurants. The internet was fast and stable at 150 Mbps, perfect for work and streaming. Adelaide was a great host, with a super clear info page, helpful tips, and smooth communication.

Pasamos 5 semanas con mi esposa y el departamento nos encantó. Es súper cómodo para trabajar remoto, especialmente por los escritorios y porque el internet no se cortó nunca. El edificio está en una zona muy tranquila; no lo recomendaría si vas a quedarte pocos días, porque queda un poco alejado del centro. Igual, en Lisboa el Uber es barato, así que para nosotros no fue un problema. Además, hay un shopping con supermercado a pocas cuadras, lo cual es súper práctico.

Great accommodation in a family-friendly and laid back neighbourhood with lots of local charm. A bit out of the way but still within walking distance to other fun neighbourhoods and attractions, with many public transit options nearby. Adelaide’s place was clean and as described; it felt a bit bare bones in terms of basic amenities provided but this was mentioned in the listing. The kitchen was functional and we were able to cook many simple meals. The apartment is in need of some light TLC (for instance, broken tap handle, lights at the workspace didn’t seem to work) but nothing major.
