Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

campo de obrique의 주택가에 위치한 조용한 숙소입니다. 거주에 필요한 거의 모든 도구와 장비들이 지원되며 상세한 안내가이드까지 제공됩니다. 방들 사이에 방음은 거의 완벽하고 주변에 장볼 곳도 많아서 좋습니다. 다만 비행기가 주기적으로 위로 지나가는 소리가 들립니다. 적응되면 별로 신경은 안쓰이긴 합니다. 물론 관광지나 유적같은 사람 많은곳에는 걸어서 가기 힘들어서 버스를 타야 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 리스본에서 이정도 가격에 이만한 숙소를 찾기는 쉽지 않을거라 생각됩니다. 중장기로 거주하는 분들에게는 특히 더 좋은 숙소입니다.

The apartment in Campo de Ourique is nicely refurbished and located in an authentic Lisbon neighborhood with lots of food & beverage options. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Only disadvantage is the continuous noise of airplanes landing or departing, as airport is nearby. Bring some earplugs if you want to have some decent sleep.

We spend 5 nights in the apt. It was as described and very cosy. You have everything you need (I just missed an expresso machine) and very clean. It was quiet, the bed is very good and the duvet warm and cosy. I also missed a portuguese tv chanel, but besides that you have access to other chanels. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Einrichtung sehr neuwertig. Schöner Blick vom Balkon, allerdings teilweise laut da unmittelbar in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, immer schnelle und hilfreiche Rückmeldung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, allerdings nur alleine da die Wohnung recht klein ist. Ich werde wiederkommen.

I had an excellent experience staying here! The location is great, close to restaurants and public transport, which made exploring the city easy. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the good amenities we needed. Check-in was smooth. We did notice some noise from planes flying overhead, but with the windows closed, it was barely noticeable and certainly didn't bother me. Overall, we highly recommend this host and apartment!
