Perfect stay. The apartment was lovely, airy and very comfortable - I slept really well. There is some airplane noise, but it didn’t bother me. I also loved the location, with so many cool small cafés and restaurants around. The host was very helpful and flexible, and kindly let me check out one hour later. My only small comment is that the smell of the cleaning products in the building was quite strong. It definitely showed how clean everything was, but as someone who is sensitive to strong scents, I found it a bit overpowering. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Das Zimmer war ruhig zur Hofseite gelegen, abgesehen von gelegentlichem Fluglärm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war leider enttäuschend: Die Anfrage nach einer zweiten Bettdecke wurde hinterfragt und anschließend nicht weiter beantwortet, ebenso blieben weitere Nachrichten – darunter ein gemeldeter Defekt – unbeantwortet. Insgesamt eine super Unterkunft mit Top-Lage aber wir hätten uns mehr Entgegenkommen seitens der Gastgeber gewünscht.

A thoughtfully designed and uncluttered apartment in a well-managed, newly renovated building, equipped with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, set in a local neighbourhood with many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and good public transport connections. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people, though it may feel slightly snug for those who prefer more space. A full-length mirror and simple welcome items such as water or snacks would be a nice addition and while planes pass overhead quite frequently, this did not affect overall comfort. The hosts were responsive and helpful - thank you for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and tastefully decorated, located in a quiet, non-touristy area with good local restaurants and cafés offering tasty food at reasonable prices. It felt safe, has new appliances, two AC units, and good access to buses, and you can even walk to the city center. The neighborhood has a real local charm that we really enjoyed. However, guests should know the apartment is directly under the flight path for planes landing and taking off from Lisbon Airport. Nights are quiet only from about midnight to 5 AM. The bed is also small for two people (about 140 cm wide). One thing that could be improved: it would have been nice to find a small welcome touch like some coffee or tea, as we had to go shopping immediately upon arrival to have anything for the first morning. Overall, it’s a lovely and well-maintained apartment, but these details are important to consider when booking.
