Moscavide is very well served by transport. The subway station is 600m away, bus 728 runs along the riverside area to Belém, and the aeoroporto is two subway stations away.

Moscavide is one of the last traditional neighbourhoods in Lisbon, with many traditional shops and restaurants. Its population is mainly composed of elderly people, which translates into a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.
It is an old area with excellent local shops and small family restaurants and one of the most interesting and typical areas of Lisbon for those who like to meet the locals.

This place really gave you the living like a local experience. Lots of little cafes and small restaurants around. 7 minute walk to the metro. Adelaide was very responsive when we had an issue with the oven causing the power to go out but helped us through every step!

De modo geral não foi mau, mas as paredes para a área exterior tem demasiada humidade, tanto que tem bolor, teve uma tomada também que simplesmente se desencaixou mal tocamos nela e fomos avisadas que alguém só iria vir após o check out, além disso fomos 3 pessoas e só havia toalhas para 2. Tirando isto, está numa localização de fácil acesso e perto de tudo, com vários serviços por perto, além de ter cômodos confortáveis.

Local tranquilo, Adelaide responde rapido as mensagens, o local tem um pouco de humidade e facilidade de acumular mofo, mas tem um bom desumidificador que ajuda, não recebi o codigo da porta para abrir o pequeno cofre com a chave, foi necessario ajuda, mas em geral foi otima estadia, voltaria a ficar no apartamento.
