Building refurbished in 2018/2019 composed by 5 small studios with about 20 square meters each, in a building of 5 floors without elevator.

The building is 200 years old and has been carefully rehabilitated in 2018 and 2019 in order to preserve the various archaeological records found and this rehabilitation was accompanied by the archeology and anthropology services of the Lisbon City Hall.

The Alfama neighborhood is made up of a maze of narrow streets, winding alleyways and steep flights of steps. Similar to a kasbah, this is the old Arab quarter of the city and, although there are no Moorish houses yet, the narrow streets, small archways and stone terraces are full of atmosphere and plenty of fun to explore.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Lage im beliebten Viertel Alfama, allerdings in einer kleinen, etwas dunkleren Seitengasse. Dafür war es bei unserem Besuch ziemlich ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Das Apartment ist zwar recht klein, bietet aber alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – auf Fragen wurde stets schnell geantwortet. Außerdem haben wir vor unserer Anreise einen sehr hilfreichen Guide erhalten, in dem alle wichtigen Informationen übersichtlich zusammengefasst waren. Das Thema Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Unterkunft wurde durch einen Luftentfeuchter und die Klimaanlage gut gelöst, sodass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt! Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Anweisungen zum Finden der Unterkunft, Tipps für die Umgebung und was man beachten sollte, sind einmalig! Es fehlt an nichts! Es ist mitten im Zentrum, man kann direkt durch die schönen Gassen laufen. Das Appartment ist trotzdem in einer ruhigen Ecke, eher etwas versteckt. Ich würde raten, zumindest wenn man ängstlicher ist, bei Tageslicht anzureisen. Über der Tür ist aber auch Licht angebracht. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, sehr gut zu erreichen und offen für Feedback! Was man wissen sollte und schon benannt wurde, ist, dass es sehr feucht in der Wohnung ist. Es gibt einen Entfeuchter, der auch wirklich notwendig ist. Ich selbst fand den Geruch sehr stark und Wäsche zum Trocknen aufhängen, ist sehr schwierig, weil es den Geruch annimmt und es noch feuchter wird in der Wohnung. Aber es gibt einen Trockner! Für Menschen mit Atemproblemen könnte es vielleicht schwierig werden. Ich kann das Appartment aber empfehlen!

El alojamiento es tan cual las fotos, tiene lo necesario para 2 personas, la zona está muy cerca del centro y de restaurantes, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lugares de interés como el castillo de St Jorge. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente. Para personas que son muy altas (más de 190 cm) no lo recomiendo por que es un poco pequeño.
