About this listing

A 3 bedroom flat in one of the most modern neighborhoods of Lisbon near the Oriente Station, the Altice Arena, the FIL Congress Center and the Lisbon Oceanarium

With fast connections to the Airport (3 underground stations), Sintra (40min by train) and to the centre of Lisbon (25 min by underground)

Parque das Nações is a stunning modern side of Lisbon, stretching along the banks of the Tagus River, where you can stroll through the beautiful gardens and exhibitions focused on water

The space

125m2 apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole house has heating

It is located on the 9th floor of a building with 2 elevators.

2 of the bedrooms have double beds and built-in closets. The third bedroom has a twin beds and a single bed.

The living room is about 20m2 and consists of a living area with sofa and TV and an eating area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances as well as small home appliances. They also have a table where you can eat.

Internet access is via a fiber-optic connection with WIFI access.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the storage area.

Interaction with guests

I want my guests to have their privacy, but I also want them to know that I am always available.

However, I will always be available to give you any information you may need in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Getting around

The apartment is located within a 5 minute walking distance to the Orient Station and 3 subways stations from the airport.

Orient Station is the major hub in Lisbon and from there, you can take the subway (red line), buses (national, international and metropolitan area) , train (north, south and Sintra) to or even a taxi cab.

If you want to go downtown, you can take the subway or the 718 bus. If you want to visit Sintra, there's a direct train leaving the Orient Station every 10 minutes during the day, and every 30 minutes at night.

Neighbourhood

Flat of 125m2, located on the 9th floor of a building with 2 lifts, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole house is heated. It is

2 of the bedrooms have double beds and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a 3 single beds .

The living room is about 20m2 and consists of a sitting area with sofas and TV and a dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

Before you leave, wash and put away the dishes and kitchen utensils you have used.

Accidents happen. If you damage something, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.

It is expensive to arrive at the property and discover damage that could lead to your next stay being canceled because there is no time to repair it. In this case, we will request a compensation

The flat was clean, tidy. The only issue is the access to the property from the station is not disabled/joints friendly. It is a lot of stairs, we end up paying a taxi every day, as my friend has knee and hip problems. We think that she should mention for future guests with mobility issues.

Alojamiento muy cerca de la estación Oriente y parque de las Naciones en lisboa. Conexion con Lisboa contamos los medios de transportes. El alojamiento disponía de los enseres y electrodomésticos para tener la comodidad de hacer comidas sin necesidad de salir algún dia. Mi familia se lo pasó muy bien, respetando y cuidando el piso como si fuera nuestro.
