The flat is located in Penha de França, a traditional non-touristy neighbourhood on Lisbon's historical 7th hill, 5 minutes from Arroios metro station and 10 minutes walk from the famous 28 tram.
Nearby there are many restaurants, supermarkets, Arroios market, cafes, several shops and playgrounds.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.
Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

An sich wie beschrieben, wirkt wie eine Wohnung, wo die Großmutter verstarb und nun mit diesen Möbeln vermitet wird. An sich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. das Bad riecht ab und zu, weil die Rohre alt sind. Wasser nachlaufen lassen funktioniert aber. Die Feuertreppe sieht allerdings wenig vertrauenserweckend aus, was ich auch zurückgemeldet habe. Dies liegt aber wohl außerhalb der Verantwortung der Vermieter.

I loved the stay, safe area and easy to get anywhere! do not get scared of the location looking far from the center, public transportation is right there and ubers are like $7-$10 usd to go to the center.

L'appartement est bien situé mais a les mêmes problèmes que tout les airbnb non habités. Des petits défauts sont presents, l'évier de la salle de bain est bientôt bouché et il n'y a pas de torchon. Nous avons également déploré la presence de linge sale dans la machine à laver et le fait que quasiment aucune porte ne ferme.
